Yesterday we went to the Wat Thai (temple) for Cameron's blessing. According to Thai tradition, this is usually perform after turning one month and one day. Looks like we are several months and days late. In this ceremony, the head monk does the honorary first haircut. Traditionally, one of the parents should continue to shave the entire head leaving him bald. We opted not to take part in that custom....he hardly has any hair to shave off.
